Jan Tomášik
Game Director
The original brain behind Pit Panic. If something clever or slightly evil exists in the game, chances are it started in Jan’s head.

The team section shifts the focus from the game to the people making and shipping it.

Game Director
The original brain behind Pit Panic. If something clever or slightly evil exists in the game, chances are it started in Jan’s head.

Engineer
The person who turned wild ideas into actual working code. Also responsible for making sure the game doesn’t explode when too many things happen at once.

Artist
The one who made Pit Panic look the way it does. If you see something pretty, atmospheric, or oddly charming, thank Martin.

Animator
Bringing characters to life one frame at a time. Without her, everyone would just stand there awkwardly.

Lore Writer
The keeper of Pit Panic’s lore and strange stories. If something mysterious is happening, Ondřej probably wrote it.

VFX Artist
Responsible for all the sparks, magic, and visual chaos. If something explodes or glows beautifully, Jakub was involved.
Additional contributors
Pit Panic wouldn’t be the same without the people listed here, and plenty of others who helped shape it along the way. Some have moved on, some aren’t part of the project day to day anymore, and some sadly left under tougher circumstances, but their contributions are still a real part of the game.
And many more. We’re really grateful for the help, care, and energy people brought to Pit Panic.

Open Press KitTL;DR
Pit Panic is a fast-paced arcade platformer about climbing out of trap-filled ruins with a versatile Claw Gun. It mixes a handcrafted first run with replayable seeded runs, hidden routes, and a built-in editor that keeps the challenge alive after the campaign.
Fact Sheet
Gallery
The campaign introduces the ruins room by room. After that, endless runs remix those spaces into shareable seeds so players can race the same layout and see who escapes cleanest.

Tight corridors, pressure traps, and barely enough room to recover.

Water, fire, and vertical navigation collide in layered routes upward.

Mechanical relics and carved stone create faster, riskier lines.

Lush surfaces hide enemy pressure, climbing routes, and hard choices.
About
The pitch is simple: sharp arcade action, a standout traversal tool, a handcrafted first run, and enough replay depth to keep players sharing seeds and coming back for cleaner escapes.
Storefronts
Pit Panic is launching with a playable Steam demo, so the site puts the store front and center with clear paths to play now or wishlist for later.
Players understand the core loop quickly: escape upward, survive traps, use the Claw Gun creatively, and chase cleaner runs.
Procedural runs, shareable seeds, and room variety turn the game from a one-time experience into a repeatable challenge format.
The built-in level editor extends the product beyond launch content and supports a creator-and-challenger community dynamic.
